Service Description

During your session, we may use blend of different techniques and modalities to address and help correct problem areas, tension, stiffness and/or pain, as well as improve circulation and calming benefits. Session may include a combination of deep tissue, swedish, trigger point, myofascial release, stretching, cupping, gua sha, hot stones aromatherapy and soothing, organic muscle or lymphatic essential oils.

Please note, we require a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule notice, or you may be charged 50% of the regular price of the massage.
